Muhammad Asad: Cancer Care in Pakistan Is More Accessible Than Many People Think

Muhammad Asad, Resident Radiation Oncology at Institute of Nuclear Medicine And Oncology Lahore INMOL, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Cancer Care in Pakistan Is More Accessible Than Many People Think

One of the biggest misconceptions about cancer treatment in Pakistan is that quality care is only available in a few major cities. The reality is quite different.

In this video, I’ve compiled a comprehensive overview of cancer treatment facilities across Pakistan to help patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals find reliable information in one place.

The video covers:

  • Cancer treatment centers across Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir
  • Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) cancer hospitals and centers
  • Financial assistance programs and funding options for cancer patients
  • New and upcoming cancer treatment projects across the country
  • Pediatric oncology centers and specialized services

This resource was made possible with the help of many colleagues and well-wishers. I sincerely thank everyone who contributed.

If I’ve missed any cancer treatment center or institution, please mention it in the comments. I’ll update the list so it becomes an even more valuable resource for patients and families.

If you believe this information could help someone, please share it. Early access to the right information can make a meaningful difference.
