It was a privilege to engage with colleagues on such a critical frontier in thoracic oncology.
As targeted therapies and immunotherapies continue to advance systemic control for patients, addressing central nervous system (CNS) involvement – particularly leptomeningeal disease – remains essential. Optimizing CNS management is vital not only for extending survival, but for preserving cognitive function, independence, and overall quality of life.
