Mt. Baegundae – the highest mountain in Seoul, South Korea! The White Ribbon Project
One of my most challenging hikes ever – and quite harrowing at times! But also one of the most memorable.
And once again, inyeon ( 인연, a new korean word I learned) was at play.
I met a new intriguing friend from Miami as I initially cowered at the daunting trailmap, and we ended up hiking the entire mountain together.
Just one of so many magical experiences during my time in Korea.
Some adventures you plan; others are simply meant to happen.
