“It was an absolute honor and privilege to present on Arrythmias in CardioOncology and Pathways to reduce Heart Failure in Patients with Cancer along with Javid Moslehi at Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand and International Society for Heart Research – Australasian Section (ISHR-AUS) scientific meeting, representing Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System and International Cardio-Oncology Society.
This was an incredible meeting filled with fantastic lectures and cutting edge, top notch science.
I want to thank Aaron Sverdlov and Doan Ngo along with the entire organizing committee for the invitation and wonderful Aussie hospitality.
I also want to highlight the exceptional Redeem RCT cardioonc study led Joshua Wong evaluating whether intervention in survivors of cancer with stage B HF patients can prevent the developing of symptomatic HF.
Congrats on your work and winning the Ralph Reader prize. So well deserved.
As I get ready to head back home in a few days, I will leave Australia with incredible memories, new knowledge and strengthened friendships.
