“Thirty-four years after joining Novo Nordisk, evenings like this still make me proud to be part of this company.
Last night, thousands of colleagues from across Denmark came together in Roskilde for our summer celebration. It was a surprisingly warm Danish evening, with fantastic music, plenty of laughter and, most importantly, a lot of great conversations.
Much has changed over the past year. But some things have not – and should not.
One of them is the extraordinary people who make Novo Nordisk what it is. Colleagues whose commitment, talent and sense of purpose will continue to drive this company forward.
I’ll repeat what I said last night to everyone there: thank you for your commitment, your energy and everything you do for patients and customers around the world. And thank you for the care and integrity you bring to your work every day. Those qualities are deeply rooted in Novo Nordisk and matter enormously.
