Mayse Nababteh, Director of International Fundraising and Development Department at King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Attending the world health summit in Berlin.
Advocating for health equity remains a priority. Equity in access, equity for all...across borders.
Is this ideal truly reflected in the way the world allocates resources, responds to crises, or sets priorities? The past two years have proven even more clearly that not enough is being done in this fragmented world.
The gap isn’t just in technology or infrastructure… it’s in whose health is valued, whose needs shape the global agenda, and whose voices are heard when decisions are made.
Health is a universal right. It is time to treat it as such.
It is our responsibility to keep our voices out there to represent and speak on behalf of those whose voices are unheard.”
