Maximilian Merz: Celebrating the Most Cited Article Award in HemaSphere Journal 2025

Maximilian Merz, Associate Attending Physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Honored and thrilled to share that our study was awarded Most Cited Article in HemaSphere Journal 2025!

Our international, multicenter real-world analysis directly compared idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) and ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma revealing distinct efficacy, safety, and CAR T-cell kinetics.

Work we hope will help guide treatment decisions for our patients.

This award belongs to every co-author and collaborating center across Germany, Spain, and Switzerland.

Thank you all!
