Matteo Amicucci, Nurse at Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Today marks the close of the 7th European PNAE Congress, three inspiring days of learning, collaboration, and sharing projects that are helping shape the future of pediatric care.
My sincere thanks to PNAE for the excellent organization and, in particular, to President Immacolata Dall’Oglio for her warm welcome, trust, and the opportunity to present the work developed over recent years.
I am also grateful to Ospedale Pediatrico Bambino Gesù for its continued support of my clinical and research activities, and to AIEOP: Associazione Italiana Ematologia Oncologia Pediatrica with whom we were able to present an important collaborative project.
Special thanks to SIOP Europe, the European Society for Paediatric Oncology for its commitment to advancing pediatric hematology and oncology nursing through the EPHONS Project (www.ephons.eu), which is helping strengthen and recognize advanced nursing practice across Europe.
A special thank you to Valentina De Cecco, Catia Genna, and Orsola Gawronski for the opportunity to work together and present our study on the quality of life of children undergoing CAR-T cell therapy and gene therapy. It was a privilege to share this important work and contribute to the discussion on improving outcomes and experiences for children receiving these innovative treatments.
Finally, thank you to all the colleagues, friends, and fellow professionals whose conversations, insights, and shared experiences made this congress so memorable.
I leave Paris inspired, energized, and motivated for the opportunities and challenges ahead.”
