”Out now the results of our international multicenter study evaluating the safety of a subsequent pregnancy after a diagnosis of PrBC in BRCAm patients
- 10y cumulative incidence of pregnancy 36.6%
- no differences in DFS or OS based on subsequent pregnancy status
No major concerns regarding maternal or fetal outcome with 75.9% of pregnancies delivered at term (75.9%) and without major obstetrical or fetal complications
Important evidence to support our daily counseling of young BRCA carriers diagnosed during pregnancy and still wishing to complete their family plans
