“On the lake, surrounded by Alpine peaks, experts from all over the world meet every year to answer questions that are often not yet answered. It is there that the ESMO Sarcoma and Rare Cancers Congress takes place – one of the key events dedicated to rare cancers.
Also this time, NIO experts were present in this space, actively participating in the international debate on the diagnosis, therapy and organization of care for patients with rare cancers. The Institute was represented by Prof. Iwona Lugowska, Prof. Lucjan Wyrwicz, Prof. Piotr Rutkowski, Magdalena Knetki-Wróblewska, Hanna Koseła-Paterczyk, Paulina Jagodzińska-Mucha, Anna Mariuk-Jarema, Monika Dudzisz-Ślędź, Anna Klimczak, Sylwia Kopeć and Karolina Sosnowska.
Our specialists had the opportunity to present their experiences resulting from everyday clinical practice, actively participating in numerous scientific sessions and international discussions.
What did they talk about?
