“On March 20, 2026 the FDA approved nivolumab in combination with AVD for adult and pediatric patients (≥12 years) with previously untreated stage III or IV classical Hodgkin lymphoma. At the same time, this systematic review was submitted in Frontiers in Oncology, further supporting the evidence for nivolumab’s effectiveness in the first-line setting.
