Lusine Harutyunyan Shares Five-Year Progress in Acute Leukemia Outcomes in Armenia Ahead of EHA 2026

Lusine Harutyunyan, Hematologist, R1 Researcher at Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center, and Adjunct Researcher at Immune Oncology Research Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Excited to share that as the global hematology community prepares for EHA2026, our abstracts are already available in the EHA Abstract Book.

One of our presented works:
‘Five-Year Retrospective Analysis of Acute Leukemia Mortality in Armenia’
(Abstract code: PB2826)

In this study, we demonstrate the gradual but meaningful progress in local hematologic care and patient outcomes in acute leukemia by lower case fatal rate during the last 5 years compared to our previous cohort (20212025 vs. 20162020).”
