Lucjan Wyrwicz, Head of Department of Oncology and Radiotherapy at Maria Skłodowska-Curie Memorial Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Today I had an opportunity to run workshops on contemporary treatment of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer for my friends from Copernicus Memorial Hospital.
Treatment of that disease is becoming more complex nowadays – we are having a lots of struggles in finding the best treatment modality for our patients at Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology. I enjoyed the venue of Akademickie Centrum Designu ASP (Acedemic Design Exposition of Fine Art Academy of Lodz). Loft-style of open-space for young academic artists.
Ola Kozioł, ‘Relicts of silent revolution’, 2025. It is devoted to elective vegetarianism. It is important to notice that excessive consumption of red meat is associated with increased risk of colorectal cancer. Stay healthy.
Happy (No) Cancer Day! (Oct 4th).”
