“Proudly sharing that our work on CD127-directed immunotherapy in ABL-class fusion-positive ALL has now been published in HemaSphere Journal.
In this study, we show that ABL-targeting TKIs can increase CD127 expression and synergize with the anti-IL7Rα antibody lusvertikimab, resulting in enhanced anti-leukemic activity in multiple preclinical models.
Particularly, the combination of lusvertikimab and dasatinib induced remarkably durable responses in vivo (also in CD19-negative models), highlighting the therapeutic potential of combining targeted therapy and CD127-directed immunotherapy in this challenging ALL subgroup.
