“2025 began with a whirlwind of change. Due to growth and expansion, my team was transformed in ways I hadn’t experienced before. While I’ve navigated shifts in geography and people many times, this one was the most profound. I had led a ‘Gulf Team’ since 2011—it had become part of my identity.
At the start of 2025, three regions came together to form the new TN/GA region. We spent the first half of the year promoting and hiring mission-driven talent. What followed was a true testament to the strength, resilience, and commitment of this team. Because of their work, I was fortunate to achieve my fifth consecutive year in the 100% Club at Natera.
Our leaders set the bar high:
- Kayla Zarkadas, RT (R)(T) earned President’s Club, 100% Club, Regional Top Performer, MVP, and a Senior Promotion
- Katherine Wohl, MS, CGC earned an Executive Promotion, 100% Club, and the Built to Last Award
- Elaine Schilling, 100% Club!
- Lou Woods, Pharm.D. joined the 100% Club and earned a Regional Top Performer Award
- Niki Lovelace, FNP-BC was named Regional MVP for her expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our mission to help patients
- Nicole Scott, PA-C, earned MSL MVP
Every member of the team was recognized for leading a performance category, speaking to the depth of talent and shared ownership across the region. As a team, we finished Q4 ranked #2, with Summer Bryant leading all District Managers at #1.
I’m deeply grateful for this group of leaders and the culture they continue to build. It’s a privilege to serve alongside them. Proud of what we accomplished together and excited for what’s ahead.
