After the Rxponder trial menopausal status plays a key role for receiving chemotherapy in patients with pN+.
Our data while waiting the OFSET trial although retrospective (however multicenter 74 patients from 9 centres in 🇬🇷 and with a median follow up of 4,8 years) indicate that there could be a special population (T1 N1micro ET and OFS and low oncotype score- median R/S 12 ) where omission of chemotherapy could be considered
