Laura Towart, Founder and CEO at Vivan Therapeutics, shared on LinkedIn by Vivan Therapeutics, adding:
“Now it’s starting to get exciting.
For years we’ve been quietly building one of the richest in vivo cancer datasets out there: 50M+ tumour–drug datapoints, resolved by genotype. Now we have enough to put it to work for discovery.
I’m thrilled to announce our discovery collaboration with Adam Davis, Jon Maxmin, and the team at Ad Atomica to start unlocking it.

Quoting Vivan Therapeutics:
“Today, we’re announcing our new discovery collaboration with Ad Atomica, bringing together Vivan Therapeutics’s genotype-resolved cancer screening data and Ad Atomica’s AI-driven molecule design platform to uncover new cancer drug candidates.
Vivan has generated more than 50 million tumour-drug datapoints through in vivo high-throughput screening of thousands of drugs and drug combinations. This rich biological dataset provides valuable insight into which therapies work against specific tumour genotypes.
By combining these insights with Ad Atomica’s molecule design capabilities, we will explore opportunities to repurpose existing therapeutics and design new cancer drug candidates.
The collaboration begins with an evaluation phase, applying Ad Atomica’s platform to selected data from Vivan’s screening programme to identify where genotype-informed design could generate promising candidates.
‘We’re excited to partner with Ad Atomica. Their speed, design capability and commercial insight are exactly what we need to interrogate the data we have generated, unlock its value and turn it into real drug candidates,’ Laura Towart, Founder and CEO of Vivan Therapeutics.
We look forward to working with the Ad Atomica team to turn powerful biological insights into new possibilities for cancer drug discovery!”
