Kyle Smith: Excited to Announce the Publication of Our Newest Method Called M-PACT

Kyle Smith, Principal Bioinformatics Scientist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I am excited to announce the publication of our newest method, M-PACT, in Nature Cancer today! Using this AI driven approach we can sift through cell-free DNA and classify brain tumors based on the methylation patterns even with tiny amounts of material. This is an achievement that could only be accomplished by collaborating with scientists from across the world and across disciplines. I am proud be part of such a collaborative team pushing the ball forward for noninvasive diagnostics!

Congratulations to the whole team including Tom Fischer, Katie Han, Paul Northcott, PhD, Kristian Pajtler, Kendra Maass!

Run it even on a laptop! And send me comments or suggestions for improvements.”
