“15 years of university teaching.
15 Septembers.
Hundreds of students.
And still, something new to learn every year.
In September 2011, just after graduating with my Master’s degree, I walked into a university classroom for the first time not as a student, but as a lecturer.
The transition happened very quickly.
Was it scary? Absolutely.
Was I excited and honored? Even more so.
Suddenly, I was standing on the other side of the classroom—there to teach, challenge, guide, and hopefully inspire. But I soon discovered that university teaching is never a one-way exchange.
Every new group of students brings different questions, perspectives, and challenges. Every academic year brings an opportunity to grow. And after 15 years, one lesson stands above the rest:
The best teachers never stop learning.
15 years later, I’m still teaching.
Still learning.
And still looking forward to every new beginning.
To every student who has been part of these 15 years-thank you for being part of the journey.
