Physicians from King Hussein Cancer Center participated in WCLC 2026, organized by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) – the largest international conference dedicated to lung cancer and thoracic malignancies, and one of the leading scientific platforms bringing together leading physicians, researchers, scientists, and specialists from around the world.
The participation of King Hussein Cancer Center physicians reflects the Center’s presence within the international medical community and its commitment to keeping pace with the latest developments in the field of lung cancer.
Our team proudly contributed to the global scientific dialogue through:
- Two scientific studies presented as part of the specialized lung cancer poster presentations.
- Participation in the IASLC-EMRO Forum, through two scientific presentations and participation in a panel discussion. The forum is the first forum dedicated to the Middle East and North Africa region as part of the conference, reflecting the region’s presence within the global scientific landscape of lung cancer, alongside other regional areas represented by Latin America, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, and North America.
