Kimryn Rathmell, Chief Executive Officer of Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“At Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute a tenet of our Strategic Plan is our Culture of Curiosity.
We are all driven by curiosity, and allowing that curious mindset to guide our science, our approach to healthcare, and our daily interactions opens up a world of possibilities and insights we could not achieve in any other way than being curious.
Today, one of the administrative fellows in our office gave me an incredible gift – it’s a wooden coin that reminds us of the value of curiosity. It represents a constant reminder that approaching with curiosity will always provide more context, more depth, and more meaning, and it illustrates how deeply embedded this culture of curiosity is here where every member of our team is working to Create a Cancer Free World.
Thank you Austin Lorenzo, SSBB, PMP!”
