“Clinical trials can fail for many reasons and its not always the science, they can stall between a realistic protocol and a patient who can actually get on it.
- Feasibility is a design choice: eligibility a real clinic can meet, visit schedules a working patient can keep
- Site performance can be engineered, from activation speed to how well coordinators are supported
- Access is the equity lever. If only academic centers open a trial, the results do not describe most patients
Build a trial around scientific question, clinical equipose, around the site and the patient, and trials move faster and reach more patients.”
