Julien Vos: List of Outcome Measures for Quality of Cancer Survivorship Care

Julien Vos, Research Fellow in Cancer Survivorship at Harvard Medical School and Social media manager at Journal of Cancer Survivorship, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Today marks an important milestone! Our international Delphi study, ‘Which outcomes in cancer survivorship matter most?’, has officially gone live!

With the support of a rubicon grant, I had the opportunity to spend a year in Boston working with Larissa Nekhlyudov and other leading researchers. Over the past year, I immersed myself in the complex literature on high-quality survivorship care and spoke with 25 global experts to develop a list of outcome measures for cancer survivorship care quality.

Now, we are looking for your expert input to further refine and prioritize this list.

Over the next few days, we’ll begin sending out the survey through several dedicated survivorship groups and organizations, so please keep an eye out for the invitation and share your thoughts!

A major thanks to my colleagues for their expertise and input: Alique Topalian, Carolyn Taylor, Lonneke van de Poll-Franse, Michael Jefford, Michelle Mollica, Mishka Kohli Cira, Nicolas Hart.

And a big thanks to our collaborators for their help in distributing the survey, including American Society of Clinical Oncology, Ca-PRI: Cancer and Primary Care Research International Network, International Psycho-Oncology Society (IPOS), JANE-2- EU Joint Action on Networks of Expertise on Cancer, The Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC), and International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP!

What an exciting way to begin my postdoc journey and grow my international research network!!”
