Joshua Omale, Pediatric Oncology Advocate, Innovation Council Member at Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Cancer unites us, but it does not affect us equally.
Every cancer story is unique:
by age,
by biology,
by geography,
by income,
by system.
“United by Unique” reminds us that equity does not mean sameness.
It means designing care for real lives.
A child in Nigeria.
A woman in rural India.
A survivor in Europe.
Different realities.
Same human worth.
The future of cancer control will not be built by one model. It will be built by systems that adapt, listen, and include.
We are united not by uniform solutions, but by a shared responsibility to make survival possible everywhere.”
