“Grateful to the South Carolina Oncology Society and the well-attended 2026 Carolinas Cancer Conference for the opportunity to discuss a challenge that is becoming increasingly important in community oncology: how to actually operationalize a bispecific antibody program.
There are excellent blueprints and high-level overviews available for bispecific therapies. But what is often missing is the operational detail of a scalable implementation in community oncology.
That was the focus of my presentation.
Success requires building the system alongside multidisciplinary education in community oncology implementation.

As more advanced cancer therapies become available, we must continue building the infrastructure and expertise needed to deliver them safely closer to where our patients live.
