It was inspiring to hear the feedback from a patient in the Vista Pavilion regarding the very compassionate care provided by Lauren Norall.
This ‘new’ nurse has clearly found her purpose and passion. Am also grateful that the entire leadership team made the effort to join in the recognition which sends a message regarding the special environment we are creating at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute.”
