“Attended the Malaysia Breast Cancer Summit2025 recently and I was truly inspired by this year’s theme: Stronger Together.
Led by Talk Health Asia, the summit united leading clinical and industry experts, alongside patient groups nationwide, to drive a shared vision — empowering breast cancer patients and survivors with the right knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.
This reminds me that success is never achieved alone. Whether in healthcare or in the workplace, real progress comes when we:
- Build the right culture
- Stop blaming games, gaslighting, and toxic gossiping, and replace with trust and accountability
- Focus on collaboration, where everyone has clarity on the shared vision and their role in achieving it
It’s a lesson I carry into my own leadership journey — that success is never driven by 1 person neither is a tool of self-glorification. Meaningful impact is only possible when we work together.”
