“Day 4000 since I got diagnosed with colorectal cancer. I don’t know why the clinical trial worked for me and not so many other incredible people I don’t know why I’m still here but I know I’m grateful and I’m thankful to be here
I’m thankful
- for every person that has impacted my life and helped me still be here
- to the amazing medical and cancer research for developing my treatment
- for my medical team
- for my people
4000 days is crazy when I think about all I’ve dealt with and overcome.
I promise to keep living and doing my best to take advantage of each day I get. Hopefully I’ll see you in 2.73 years for day 5000.”
