”I’m pleased to share recent coverage of our work on BTK inhibitor resistance in mantle cell lymphoma, led by Soo-Yeon Hwang.
Our study identifies how aberrant BRG1 activity rewires lymphoma cells to suppress ferroptosis and survive BTK inhibitor treatment, revealing a potential vulnerability that could be exploited to overcome therapeutic resistance.
It is exciting to see this work highlighted by the Cornell Chronicle and MedicalXpress.
