“Robotic Surgery is Entering Mongolian Hospitals Continuously.
While robotic surgery, one of the world’s advanced medical technologies, once seemed far away, today it has actually entered Mongolian hospitals and is expanding its reach.
In December 2025, the National Cancer Center first introduced robotic surgery, making Mongolia the 70th country in the world to introduce robotic surgery.
Just two days ago, the ‘Robotic Surgery Training Center’ opened its doors at the National University of Medical Sciences, and today the First State Central Hospital introduced robotic surgery.
Over the past 3 years, we have been training and working continuously to introduce robotic surgery to Mongolia. Together, we celebrated a historic moment that shows what a big change can be made in the healthcare sector when we unite as a team for a common goal and combine our knowledge and skills.
I am happy and proud that robotic surgery is gradually being introduced and new treatment options are increasing for citizens.
