“COLLABORATION OF NEW CANCER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES IS EXPANDING IN MONGOLIA.
The cooperation between the health sector of Mongolia and South Korea in order to improve the quality and accessibility of cancer care and services and increase the opportunity for citizens to receive world-class treatments and technology in their country is bearing real results.
In this context, the Mongolian Ministry of Health and South Korea’s ‘AdipoLabs’ LLC signed a cooperation memorandum and handed over REMISSION 1°C cancer advanced device to the Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Subcenter of Northern Region of Erdenet city.
REMISSION 1°C is not a device to treat cancer alone, it is a modern hyperthermal therapy technology used in combination to increase the effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
Using high-frequency electrical energy to increase the temperature of cancer cells in a controlled manner, it makes cancer cells more sensitive to treatment, improving treatment outcomes, and in some cases, reducing pain and post-treatment fatigue. This is why this technology is being successfully used in many countries around the world as a part of the treatment for cancer.
Works to expand the National Center for Cancer Research, strengthen the capacity of regional cancer centers, and expand international cooperation are bearing real results, and as a doctor, I am happy that our citizens are getting access to world-class treatments and technology in our country are increasing.”
