“Our team, led by Camille Mathey-Andrews, Alex Potter and Deepti Srinivasan, published a study of segmentectomy vs lobectomy for patients with 2-3 cm non-small-cell lung cancer in Chest.
We found similar long-term survival between the two groups. In the post CALGB140503 / JCOG0802 era, is it time to consider a randomized trial in the U.S. comparing lobectomy vs sublobar resection for larger Stage I tumors?”
