For those who weren’t able to attend ASCO 2026, in this month’s “And What Else…” newsletter, I share a summary of the supportive oncology studies that caught my attention.

These include emerging evidence of steroid-sparing approaches in preventing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, the role of Vitamin D replacement in preventing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, prevention of oral mucositis for patients being treated for head and neck cancer, and exercise for cancer-related fatigue.
