“Please join me in welcoming Sakti Chakrabarti to the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital.
Dr. Chakrabarti completed his medical training and residencies in India and the U.S., followed by a Hematology and Oncology fellowship at the NIH and an Advanced GI Oncology fellowship at Mayo Clinic Most recently, he served as a Senior Attending Physician in Medical Oncology at University Hospitals.
His clinical and research interests focus on gastrointestinal malignancies, with a strong emphasis on advancing precision-based and multidisciplinary cancer care.
Dr. Chakrabarti will see patients three days at Akron General and one day at Main Campus as part of the GI Oncology Program.
