“A few weeks ago, I became a certified executive coach through AoEC – The Academy of Executive Coaching,
This wasn’t about adding a title, but about improving how I lead.
My final exam essay title says it all: ‘From Solver to Multiplier: How Coaching Changed My Leadership.’
Less solving. More listening. Less directing. More enabling.
Still a work in progress, but a shift I’m committed to continuing, within my team and beyond!!!
