“I am pleased to share that I have been promoted to Director, Haematology Portfolio Lead at AstraZeneca.
At AstraZenca, we aim at redefining the standards of care in haematology with innovative medicines and novel combination strategies.
In my new role, I will help shape and advance the haematology portfolio by bringing together portfolio strategy, data and the perspectives needed to support confident, data-driven decisions.
This promotion has been both meaningful and bittersweet. Just two weeks after I stepped into the role, my father passed away from cancer. He had been diagnosed only a few months earlier, and the diagnosis came too late.
Losing him has made the purpose behind this work even more personal. It is a reminder of why earlier detection, better treatment options and continued innovation matter so deeply-not only in science, but in the lives of patients and their families.
I feel very fortunate to take on this responsibility and excited to work with colleagues across AstraZeneca to give the best science the best possible chance of reaching patients.
I am grateful to everyone who has supported my growth and trusted me throughout my career, in particular to Tiaura Narbonne and Helen Angell.”
