İmdat Eroğlu, Medical Oncology Fellow at Gazi University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Before ASCO25, I believed advocacy was something extra—something reserved only for experts in the field. But during one of the sessions I attended at ASCO25, my perspective completely shifted. I realized that every single interaction with a patient is, in itself, an act of advocacy.
And the beauty is—our role in advocacy doesn’t end there. No matter where we are or what position we hold, each of us has the power to make a difference and amplify the patient’s voice.
Check out the article I wrote for ASCO Connection.
I am grateful to American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) for this opportunity.”
