”Here’s a cleaner version with the bold formatting removed and the emphasis toned down.
Happy to share our network meta-analysis published in Lung Cancer, evaluating tarlatamab against other second-line options used or recommended internationally for extensive-stage SCLC.
No major surprises given DeLLphi-304, but reassuring findings nonetheless: tarlatamab was associated with a statistically significant overall survival benefit versus all comparators in the overall second-line population, and this benefit was maintained in the platinum-sensitive subgroup, including versus platinum rechallenge.
In the overall population, PFS and response outcomes also favored tarlatamab versus several comparators. These results further support the role of tarlatamab in a setting where progress has been limited for decades.
Hopefully, the next step will be positive UK reimbursement and access decisions, allowing eligible patients to benefit from this treatment in routine clinical practice.
Great to work on this with Prof Blackhall and co-authors.”
