“Opening my bag at the clinic today, I found this little surprise hidden inside – a snack bag made by my little girl to help me get through the day.
I wasn’t quite sure if I was actually supposed to eat it, but regardless, it gave me the boost I needed to keep going.
What amazed me most was knowing that, in her own little way, she was thinking about me, my work, my long hours and how she could help. Sometimes the smallest gestures carry the biggest meaning.
