It reveals what happens beyond clinical trials in routine practice, with real patients, real pressures, and real world constraints. Our study on early mortality in palliative radiotherapy adds an important piece to that picture, helping us refine decision‑making, strengthen prognostic assessment, and ensure that every treatment offered truly aligns with patient benefit.
