“Today we announced a definitive agreement to acquire Reveal Genomics, a precision oncology company based in Barcelona, Spain.
Reveal Genomics develops advanced genomic tests that help personalize cancer treatment, including its HER2DX test to help optimize therapy for patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.
Their portfolio is highly complementary to our existing oncology diagnostics, including the Breast Cancer Index test.
Together, these tests are expected to help inform treatment decisions for more women with breast cancer.
