“‘What Once existed only as a vision is Now influencing reality.’
Nothing about this year was linear. It tested resolve, reshaped goals, and clarified purpose.
Through it all, one belief remained constant: when you create something from nothing, passion is not optional—it is the responsibility.
Building from zero requires more than ideas. It requires persistence, adaptability, and the discipline to evolve without losing purpose. What you create must be protected, nurtured, and continuously reimagined to keep its effect alive.
As this year comes to a close, I am deeply humbled to see my name, recognized among the 100 Most Influential People in Oncology 2025. To stand alongside Masters I have learned from—and continue to learn from—is not an ending, but a reminder of how much more there is to do.
This year reinforced a simple truth: creating something meaningful is only the beginning. Sustaining it requires passion. Expanding it requires adaptability. And honoring it requires never stopping.
