“As a cancer survivor, I know that not all superheroes wear capes and I am forever grateful to Dr. Brian Drucker for giving me the gift of life. I recently had the honor of presenting Dr. Drucker with House Concurrent Resolution 3, one of the highest honors from the Oregon Legislature, which recognizes his incredible achievements and contributions to society.
This experience fuels my passion for our current work with the Bio Life Science Task Force, alongside OHSU, Oregon’s Higher Education institutions, industry partners, Oregon Business Council, Senator Wyden, and Oregon’s BioTech Caucus.
Our goal is to develop recommendations for strategic investments that will build a robust ecosystem for the Life Sciences industry. Through these efforts, Oregonians will benefit from life saving medications, access to world class healthcare and the creation of thousands of family wage jobs.”
