“It was remarkably fruitful week defined by insightful discussions, inspiring presentations, and high-level knowledge exchange. I am honored to have been an active participant once again at the CCI-SIOP Asia 2026 conference in Mongolia.
During the program, I had the pleasure of presenting on ‘The Digital Era and Its Applications.’ I shared perspectives on the opportunities and practical implications of digital transformation in our sector, with a specific focus on the MAHAK application as a scalable model for pediatric cancer support; Samyar Mohsenifar, Faezeh Rouhandeh, Mohammad Jafari, BAHAREH MAHRAMFAR, Maryam Dianatizadeh, Arasb Ahmadian.
Additionally, I presented on the influence of geopolitical instability on pediatric cancer care, highlighting how organizations like MAHAK effectively navigate these challenges through robust crisis management strategies; Behdad Sobouti, mohammad alijanian, alireza daneshgari, Arasb Ahmadian.
My sincere gratitude goes to my wonderful international colleagues and the SIOP CCI 2026 organizing team – led by Dr. Tsetsegsaikhan Batmunkh and Dr. Gevorg Tamamyan in Mongolia – for facilitating such a meaningful event.
I would also like to extend special appreciation to the CCI Asia Chair; Benson and Vice-Chair Jodie Sim, for their outstanding leadership and dedication throughout the program as well as the highly productive sessions, which were further enriched by the presence of CCI president Rodney Wong, vice president Alejandra Mendez, and CEO Carl Queiros, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and World Health Organization representatives Santiago Millan, Vitaly Smelov, Bolormaa Sukhbaatar.
As a board member of CCI Asia with other members Bindu Narayanan Nair, I got totally satisfied to contribute to these vital panel discussions and WGs. I look forward to continuing our collaboration and advancing our shared goals for the global pediatric oncology community.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to my committed team members Somayeh Seyed Aalinezhad, for collaboration and unwavering support throughout this endeavor.”
