“I am pleased to share the approval, in FAPERJ Public Notice No. 30/2025 (Rare Diseases), of the project ‘Digital Twins in the Simulation of Proton Therapy for Choroidal Melanoma’ (Universidade de Vassouras ).
What makes this project even more special is its direct connection with the implementation of the FUSVE Proton Therapy Center in Rio de Janeiro: we are already building the body of evidence and models that can support protocols, case prioritization and decisions in highly complex health.
