Gustavo Monnerat, Deputy Editor at The Lancet, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Phase 3 Trial Doubled Median Survival in Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.
Daraxonrasib blocks the active form of RAS, and in metastatic pancreatic cancer it beat chemotherapy on every main endpoint:
- Median overall survival 13.2 vs 6.7 months (HR 0.40)
- Progression-free survival 7.2 vs 3.6 months
Still early evidence. But very exciting findings, and a big effort all the way from basic science to phase 3.”
