“We had an excellent symposium about the global challenges in pediatric oncology at the Nostos 2026 organized by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation in Athens. The session was lead by Andrew Kung from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and I had the honor to represent the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona and our Programa TELEO.
Many initiatives carried out by International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP and SIOP AFRICA represented by Prof Jennifer Geel were discussed.
I had the privilege of sharing the panel with Rawad Rihani and Maria Kourti who shared great insights.
