“It was an honor to present my poster at the 22nd edition of NIBIT.
This work is the result of an incredible collaboration within AI-ON- Lab, led by Arsela Prelaj.
We developed LLM-On-Hub: an explainable, privacy-preserving AI system that performs clinical trial matching in just a few minutes.
It extracts key oncologic data directly from electronic medical records and compares them with trial eligibility criteria, all while keeping patient data secure.
In our validation, it reached 83% accuracy in identifying the most relevant trials.
