Giselle Sholler, Division Chief of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT at Penn State Health, shared on LinkedIn:
“Dr. Vicente Odone and Dr. Natalia Halley brought together and Expert in Neuroblastoma Conference in São Paulo Brazil, bringing together experts like Dr Eliana Caran and Dr Kate Matthay to inspire us all.
We are so grateful to have been invited to participate and help to shape and expand precision medicine as well as leading a workshop for a Brazilian neuroblastoma registry. Together with the physicians, advocates, companies and legal expertise we WILL bring life-saving medicine such as DFMO and anti-GD2 therapies to Brazil.
It is possible and necessary to increase the outcomes for children with high risk neuroblastoma!”
