“Hi everyone, I’m Gevorg Tamamyan, a pediatric oncologist from Armenia and an ASCO member since 2012, and I’d like to talk briefly about this year’s ASCO Annual Meeting. I know that our ASCO President, my dear friend and mentor Eric Small, together with Erika Ruiz-Garcia, the Scientific Committee Chair, and the great team, are doing great things to bring global oncology into the ASCO Annual Meeting and its educational sessions. I’m particularly interested in the topic of cancer in crisis settings, especially in conflict-affected settings.
